Creating Magical Moments That Children Remember
Magical VIP Visits is a Downham Market-based children's entertainment business bringing character visits, princess parties, superhero experiences, seasonal entertainment and memorable event appearances to families, schools, care settings, businesses and community events across Norfolk and surrounding areas.
The Story Behind Magical VIP Visits
Magical VIP Visits was built around a simple idea: children's entertainment should feel personal, exciting and memorable from the moment a character arrives. Rather than treating a visit as just a costume appearance, we aim to create a complete experience that feels special to the child, family or organisation booking us.
From birthday surprises and doorstep visits to princess parties, school appearances, cinema events, community celebrations and festive experiences, every booking is approached with care. We think about the arrival, the interaction, the photographs, the pacing and the little details that help turn an ordinary event into a memory.
Based in Downham Market, Norfolk, Magical VIP Visits has grown through local recommendations, repeat customers and partnerships with families, venues, schools, care homes, cinemas and event organisers. That local reputation matters to us, which is why reliability, communication and presentation are treated as seriously as the performance itself.
Professional Entertainment With A Little More Magic
Magical VIP Visits combines the excitement children expect with the organisation adults need. We want every experience to look polished, feel friendly and run smoothly from enquiry through to the final goodbye.
Child-Focused
We adapt interactions to the age, confidence and energy of the children so the experience feels welcoming rather than overwhelming.
Presentation Matters
Character appearance, performer behaviour, arrival and photography opportunities are all part of the overall experience.
Reliable Planning
Clear communication before the booking helps families and organisers know what to expect and helps our performers arrive prepared.
