Christmas Train Conductor Visits are available throughout Downham Market, King’s Lynn, Wisbech, March, Ely, Hunstanton, Peterborough, Norwich and many surrounding communities. We also cover parts of Suffolk and may travel further for larger organised events.
The first 5 miles are included, followed by £1 per mile for the calculated return journey.
Any applicable travel charge will be displayed or confirmed before your booking is completed.

The private home experience lasts approximately 10–15 minutes. Please have the children ready shortly before the booked arrival time.

Can we take photographs?
Yes. Time is included for photographs using your own camera or phone. Having it ready helps make the most of a shorter home visit.
Can the Conductor attend our event?
Yes. Longer appearances can be arranged for schools, nurseries, businesses, community celebrations and festive attractions. Contact us with your date and plans.
What should we do before the arrival?
Keep the visit a surprise if possible, ensure a responsible adult is present, provide a safe space for interaction and secure pets before the Conductor arrives.
