Santa's Study
Where Christmas is carefully kept. A private family experience with Father Christmas, created for one family at a time.
A Private Santa's Grotto In Downham Market
Santa’s Study is a private Christmas experience created by Magical VIP Visits for families looking for something more personal than a traditional busy grotto.
Each family receives its own carefully timed appointment with Father Christmas inside his traditional study, allowing children time to settle, talk, share their Christmas wishes and enjoy the moment without a queue of families immediately behind them.
Every booked child also receives personalised correspondence and their own complete 2026 North Pole Archives keepsake collection.

Your Moment With
Father Christmas.
Santa’s Study is reserved for one family at a time. Beyond the private door, the noise and bustle of Christmas falls away.
Children have space to engage with Father Christmas naturally, while families have time for conversation, wonder and photographs.
A Carefully Kept Journey Into Christmas
Every appointment is thoughtfully paced so the magic can unfold naturally around your family from the moment you arrive.
Arrive for your family's carefully timed appointment and leave the bustle of Christmas outside.
Children can talk with Father Christmas, share their Christmas wishes and enjoy a personal family moment.
Every booked child leaves with their own personalised North Pole Archives collection to treasure at home.
Some Christmas Treasures Are Meant To Be Kept
Every child’s appointment includes their own Santa’s Reindeer Collection keepsake, carefully prepared by the North Pole Archives.
For 2026, the collection honours Comet and marks the beginning of a Christmas tradition designed to continue from one winter to the next.
Begin A Nine-Year Christmas Tradition
2026 begins with Comet. Each Christmas, another chapter of the North Pole Archives can be added to your family's collection until the nine-year reindeer story is complete.
Families do not need to commit to all nine years. The tradition simply gives returning families something new to discover and collect each Christmas.
