Santa’s Study is a private family appointment with Father Christmas, created to feel more personal than a traditional grotto queue. Each family enters together for its own carefully timed visit, with personalised details, photographs and the beginning of a collectible Christmas story designed to grow year after year.

Every booked child begins the 2026 North Pole Archives collection with Comet, the first reindeer in the nine-year series, alongside the annual relic, collector pieces and personalised correspondence from Santa.

Appointments are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Choose the date and time that works best for your family while availability remains.
